Method of Payment
All fees must be paid by utilizing the online payment option on the web based application.
Payments will be accepted online by Visa or MasterCard at the time of application. If you do not have a valid credit card, please contact our office.
Personal cheques will NOT be accepted.
Application Fee: $200
All 2010/2011 candidates must submit a non-refundable application fee of $200 with the application. Applications will not be processed until the online payment has been received.

Specialty Written Examination Fee (SWE): $1350
Advanced Specialty candidates applying for PGY2 / PRA assessment are required to submit a fee of $1350 to participate in the Specialty Written Examination (SWE).
Advanced Specialty candidates also applying for PGY1 assessment are required to submit the additional $1350 exam fee in order to participate in the Clinical Examination (CE1).

Clinical Skills Examination Fee (CE1 and CE2): $1350
All candidates applying for PGY1 assessment (eg. Family Medicine) are required to submit a fee of $1350 to participate in the General Comprehensive Clinical Examination (CE1). Advanced Specialty candidates are required to participate in the Specialty Clinical Skills Examination (CE2) and will be required to submit a fee of $1350.

Exam Date Change Fee: $100
All candidates requesting to change their Exam date must do so in writing at a fee of $100.

Copying: $25
Candidates requesting photocopies of any document(s) once received by CEHPEA will be charged a copying fee of $25.

Administration Fee: $500
Candidates requesting to withdraw prior to 60 days from their confirmed examination date will be charged a $500 administration fee.
CEHPEA reserves the right to change fees at anytime as required. All Fees are in (CAD) Canadian Dollars.

Refunds
Important Notice
Candidates are expected to use discretion in the payment of examination fees. An administration fee of $500 plus the $200 non-refundable application fee will be retained when your written request for withdrawal is received at least 60 days prior to your examination date.
No refund of fees will be issued once we recieve your written request for withdrawal within 60 days of your examination date.
