What does complete documentation of Professional Practice mean? And what should I submit for evidence?
Evidence of Professional Practice could include copies of licenses you have held, letters of appointments to hospitals, etc. Documentation is not a mandatory requirement.

How can I find out if my application is complete?
CEHPEA processes applications in order in which they are received. You will receive detailed instructions via email regarding the process for checking the status of your application online. CEHPEA is not responsible for deficiencies in a candidate's application.

Will I still be considered if my application is not complete?
If your application is missing one or more of the core supporting documents or if all applicable fields on the application form are not completed, CEHPEA will cancel the application.

Can I fax my application form?
No. Applications for assessment will only be accepted by utilizing the online application form.

Can I reapply if I am deemed not eligible for assessment?
Yes, all applicants can reapply for assessment to the next application cycle if they are deemed not eligible.
