How to register with PCRC and share documents
Here are some tips to guide you through the process of registering with PCRC, submitting a document migration request and sharing your documents with other organizations, including CEHPEA.
How to register with PCRC:
How to submit a Document Migration Request:
- Select “Document Migration” from the Main Menu of your PCRC-Online account and follow the instructions.
- If you have not previously submitted an SVR through your PCRC-Online account, you will be required to pay the one-time PCRC account fee and submit identity documentation as part of your Document Migration Request.
- Note: If you are awaiting the results of a recent MCC examination, you must wait until after the results documents have been released to your MCC-Online account to request that they be migrated to the PCRC repository.
- Candidates who have already had credential documents source verified by the MCC, but not through PCRC, can request that these credential documents and the corresponding EICS verification certificates be included in the PCRC repository through submission of a Document Migration Request
How to share documents in PCRC with CEHPEA and other organizations:
- You can share your documents with CEHPEA and other organizations only after you have created a PCRC-Online account, submitted a source verification request (and/or Document Migration Request) online, sent your paper documents to PCRC, and paid the appropriate fees.
- Once you have completed the above steps and you wish to share your documents, open your PCRC-Online account and select “Document Sharing” from the Main Menu on the left.
- Click on “Modify” beside the organization with whom you wish to share documents.
- Click on the checkbox beside the documents you wish to share with this organization.
- Place a check mark in the box at the bottom of the page that begins “I consent to share information…”
