Required documents that you will need to submit to PCRC

Candidates for the NAC OSCE, CE2 and SWE are required to submit the following documents to PCRC. Click here for more information about how to register with PCRC.

Note: Candidates who have already had credential documents source verified by the MCC, but not through PCRC, can request that these credential documents and the corresponding EICS verification certificates be included in the PCRC repository through submission of a Document Migration Request in their PCRC-Online account.

Submit the following document to PCRC - Online account (migration request)

MCC Statement of Results - MCCEE
All applicants applying for assessment to CEHPEA for the 2012 application cycle must achieve a passing result on the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) Evaluating Examination.

MCC Statement of Results - MCCQE1
All applicants applying for advanced level assessment (PGY2 or PRA) to CEHPEA for the 2012 application cycle must achieve a passing result of the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination Part 1 (MCCQE1).
Note: Not required for the NAC OSCE.

Submit the following documents to PCRC for source verification

Medical Degree
Academic Qualifications - All candidates must have:

1. completed an undergraduate medical degree or
2. completed an equivalent basic degree in medicine. The program must be a conventional undergraduate program of education in allopathic medicine that:
   • Teaches medical principles, knowledge and skills similar to those taught in undergraduate programs of medical education at an LCME/CACMS accredited medical school,
   • Includes at least 130 weeks of instruction over a minimum of 36 months, and
   • Was, at the time of the applicant's graduation, listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools published by the World Health Organization and/or FAIMER.

Medical Degree Transcripts – Not required for the NAC OSCE

Specialty Certificates – Not required for the NAC OSCE

Medical Licensure – Not required for the NAC OSCE
